Each year we present our carefully selected Special Releases collection, pushing the boundaries and challenging the definition of traditional whisky. This year's collection builds on previous themes and delves into flavours, while experimenting with cask combinations that challenge expectations.
It’s about curiosity and what happens when you dare to ask the question ’what if we do this?’. We’ve explored a range of exciting techniques, from choosing an innovative combination of casks from The Singleton to using Ramandolo and Sangiovese casks for Mortlach, which adds a whole new dimension of umami to its character.
