Tuesday, May 16th, we celebrate spring with gin and gin drinks at Ardbeg Embassy!
In addition to some clean, spicy, mouth-watering gins, we also get a journey through the history of gin drinks with Örjan Westerlund. Join us on a journey from naval officers to shipowners to Commander Bond and the Prime Minister with a capital C – fascinating drinkers with their own stories to tell us.
We will try 4 gins and get 3 gin drinks on the trip. As usual, a main course is also included after the tasting.
You will get a real load of knowledge about gin and of course also legends and truths about Dry Martini, Negroni, Martinez, Gimlet, Gin & Tonic and other famous ones in the bar. Along the way, the story of what Pink Gin really is slips along, alongside alcoholic strawberry drinks. We date a shipowner named Gibson, toast with Churchill and strategize with Montgomery.
