The King of Calvados is coming to Ardbeg Embassy!

A warm welcome to Ardbeg Embassy on 7/11, for a tasting of a selection from the rich range of "King of Calvados" Christian Drouin.

In honor of the evening, we will be visited by Guillaume Leonard, who is Export Manager at Drouin and will guide us through the tasting.

CHRISTIAN DROUIN was a passionate Calvados enthusiast who in 1960 bought the Fiefs Sainte-Anne estate near Gonneville in the heart of Pays d'Auge, Normandy.
With a wood-fired copper pot, a free budget and unlimited time, the goal was to make the world's best calvados. In 1969, Christian's son joined the farm and everything took off.
In the 1990s, Drouin moved large parts of production and warehouses to a 17th-century horse farm that was renamed Domaine Couer de Lion.
Today, grandson Guillaume Drouin is at the helm.
