As always, there is a main course after this tasting and this time the kitchen can reveal that it will be an Irish lamb stew that will be cooked for a few hours in Guinness.
To top it all off, we round off the evening with a classic Irish Coffee – the perfect ending to an evening celebrating the best of Ireland.
