Our very own tasting leader has returned from Mexico and now invites you to an exclusive tasting of something you have never experienced before. Tequila and Mezcal have and perhaps are in the eyes of many misunderstood drinks. On Thursday, February 2nd, you will have a chance to clear up all the myths but also learn about the history and production of the Mexican distillates and of course try 6 different varieties and find out what is required for the different styles.

Ludwig works as a lecturer and tasting leader but his tastings are more like a lesson and we promise you will leave the evening with something new to learn. In addition to looking after the guests at Ardbeg Embassy, he trains sommeliers in spirits and has trained hundreds of bartenders over the years.
