During the fall, I will create unique themes for each tasting, based on SMWS's fantastic range and unique flavor profiles. Each tasting will offer a journey through a world of complex and exciting flavors, where you will experience how different casks and aging methods affect the character of the whisky. We try 5 different varieties and as always, a main course is included after the tasting.
