On January 17th, we open the door to a tasting that takes both wine and whisky enthusiasts into uncharted territory. Here, two worlds meet in a way that is rarely tried: selected wines are tasted side by side with Bruichladdich whisky that has been matured in the same wine cask. The result is a journey where the history of the cask, the raw material and the place it comes from emerges in every glass.
During the afternoon, five small dishes are served, designed to let each combination speak for itself and put both wine and whisky to the test. When the tasting is finished, a hot main course awaits, which lands the experience in a leisurely and flavorful way.
