Invitation to an exclusive whisky tasting with co-owner Jakob Stjernholm

Welcome to a unique tasting experience at Ardbeg Embassy!

We are honored to invite you to an exclusive whisky tasting where we will be visited by a very special guest – Jakob Stjernholm, who is, among other things, co-owner, master distiller and much more at Thy. During the evening, we will delve into their distillery and philosophy, as well as have the opportunity to try some of their most exciting whiskies.

We try 7 varieties, the tasting list includes:

• Core Expressions: Spelt-Rye, Thy and Bøg
• Limited Editions at Systembolaget: PX & Oloroso and Heritage Barley
  • To make the experience even more unique, we get a taste of "new make" – the unpasteurized spirit – where we compare modern and Nordic cultured grains.
• Caramel Malt: A whisky with a different production method where the flavours are formed already in the malting process. This flavour bomb offers notes of burnt sugar, black tea, coffee, herbs and chocolate, aged in old oloroso and PX sherry casks.

The last spot in the tasting is held open for an exclusive surprise, as the distillery launches new Single Cask and Limited Edition releases just before the tasting.
