This Saturday, October 26th, Stefan Nilsson Brand Ambassador will be at Mackmyra, taking us on a unique tasting in a whiskey context.
We will be tasting seven whiskies that come from the same 200 liter Bourbon barrel.
The barrel has been in storage for 12 years, 11 months and 25 days, hence the name "Nearly Thirteen"”
The cask has then been converted into six different 30-litre casks which have then been finished aged for one year one month and six days, making them 14 years old. This means that we have seven whiskies including the original whisky from the 200-litre cask that remained.
The test will be run blindly and after the test we will go through the results and what the different characters are.
This is an extremely unique opportunity to try and participate in a very enjoyable and interesting tasting at Ardbeg Embassy.
Places are extremely limited, there are only 32 places for this magical tasting!!
