Oysters and Ardbeg Tasting on January 20th

Some things just simply go together.
Gin and Tonic, Wine and Cheese, Spaghetti and Meatballs.

We are visited by Gustav Hökstrand who is about to open his own oyster bar, Muscadet. Few people know more about oysters than Gustav. At the age of 14, he started working in Hötorgshallen, which opened up a new world of taste and awakened his love for fresh ingredients. After many years, more oysters (a few cuts) and a 12-year detour as a sommelier at some of Stockholm's best restaurants and wine bars, Gustav returned to his original passion. To help, our own oyster enthusiast Ludwig will present six different Ardbegs that Gustav combines with oysters.

 

We bring the oysters to you and offer oysters from different origins, including both Sweden and the British Isles, with different types of upbringing, toppings and explain how it affects the taste together with Ardbeg.

 

We test a total of 9 oysters and 6 together with:

Auriverdes

Fermutation

Drums

Heavy Vapours

 

This will be a day you, as an oyster lover, don't want to miss.
